LAB4161 P2Y12 Antiplatelet (DHMC)
Collection Information
Patient must be present at the MHMH Campus for phlebotomy.
Request P2Y12 tubes from the lab (5-9463). Do NOT send through pneumatic tube system. Do NOT centrifuge. 2 mL blue top tubes to be used only for PRUTest (P2Y12); not for any additional coag studies.
If drawing blood for a CBC at the same time as sample collection for VerifyNow P2Y12 Antiplatelet (VerifyNow) Assay, fill the CBC tube last.
