LAB4369 Type and Screen Neonate Same Day (MHMH) —LAB ONLY
Collection Information
Neonatal type and screens are drawn in 3 EDTA (pink/lavender top) microtainers.
The three microtainers must be: Appropriately labeled with patient information.
Have a BLOOD LOCK CODE recorded on each tube, a future surgical date, and must have collection information entered in Epic at the time of collection. Additional testing will be performed on unexpected results.
