Test Information

Please note the Digital karyotyping OGM -CLL test will cover NCCN and WHO recognized chromosome abnormalities in CLL ranging from del(6q), del(11q), del(13q), trisomy 12, del(17p)/TP53 deletion, CCND1/IGH rearrangements, and indicators of complex karyotypes. Additional abnormalities involving IGH rearrangements will also be analyzed and reported if detected (e.g. t(14;18 or IGH:BCL2), t(2;14 or BCL11A:IGH), t(14;19 or IGH:BCL3). Copy number alterations such as gains of 2p16, 2q37, loss of 3p21, 6q15, and 15q15 loci as noted from emerging studies will be reviewed. Note that the OGM CLL test does not provide DNA sequence level information.
