Collection Information
Test Available Mon – Fri 8 am – 2 pm. Testing on weekends and holidays (8 am – 2 pm) on request only; call laboratory at (603) 650-7186.
Tacrolimus trough: Draw tacrolimus levels within 30 minutes prior to medication administration. Obtain the sample from a different lumen than the one used for drug infusion. If there is any concern regarding the infusion lumen, obtain the lab peripherally.
