This assay assesses the exonic regions of which have been described in the medical literature as having clinical relevance in myeloid neoplasm categories including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN), and myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm (MDS/MPNs).  In addition, FLT3-ITDs are reported.
