Additional Specimen Instructions

DAU testing is ordered in eDH using LAB4093 DAU Request. This order includes a required question asking if confirmation is requested. If confirmation is requested any Presumptive Positive result will automatically trigger a confirmation add on order and be sent for further testing at an additional charge.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center:
This testing profile screens for amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, cannabinoids, cocaine, methadone, opiates, oxycodone, tricyclic antidepressants, fentanyl, ethanol and adulterants.

APD ; Cheshire ; NLH:

This testing profile screens for amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, cannabinoids, cocaine, fentanyl, methadone, opiates, oxycodone, tricyclic antidepressants, phencyclidine, methamphetamine and propoxyphene.

This urine drugs of abuse screen WILL NOT detect the use of Methylphenidate(Ritalin/Concerta). To monitor compliance or serrupticious use, please order urine testing for Methylphenidate, eDH LAB3901.
