The Sm antibody result was generated using fluoroenzyme immunoassay on the Phadia 250 analyzer. the semi-quantitative test is designed to detect IgG antibodies in human serum that are reactive to the Sm protein. Please note that as of 10/25/2022 that this testing is performed by the Special Chemistry Laboratory at DHMC. This change in testing location is associated with a change in testing method and reference intervals. Please review the results of this test in association with the posted reference intervals.
