Assay Display Interpretive Data
Immature Gran % Immature granulocytes(IG’s)percentage and absolute count will include metamyelocytes myelocytes and promyelocytes. Blood smears from CBCs yielding IG’s will be scanned manually for concordance. If this scan disagrees with the automated IG or if promyelocytes are noted a manual differential will be performed.
