Clinical Indication
Thrombocytosis, Leukocytosis or other/mixed; clinically concerning for myeloproliferative neoplasm; This Next Generation Sequencing based assay is intended to detect JAK2 p.V617F as well as other other non-V617F variants in JAK2 exons 12 to 15, CALR exon 9 variants, and MPL W515 variants.
